I built this two-bay compost bin for people like you who want to get serious about composting.
It’s got a massive 1024-litre capacity, so you can chuck in kitchen scraps, garden clippings — whatever you’ve got — and keep it all moving. Start in one bay, finish in the other. Easy.
I make these from solid NZ macrocarpa or H3.2 treated pine — both tough, rot-resistant, and built to handle our weather. No assembly needed, it arrives ready to use. I’ve added aeration gaps to keep things breathing, and the front slats slide out so you can turn or empty the pile without a struggle. Optional lids available too, if you want to keep the birds out and the worms happy.
If you want a custom size or prefer macrocarpa, just let me know — I’ve got options.
📏 Dimensions:
1.6m (L) x 80cm (W) x 80cm (H) – spacious yet compact enough to fit most backyards.
